    I’m having trouble determining my size, how do I figure it out? Most size charts are found in the images of each product or the product description. All size charts are specified for each product and no the same. For Vest & Tops you will need bust measurements. For belts and waist trainers you will need waist measurements.
If you still need help  please email  both your bust and waist measurement in inches to thebodyfixstore@gmail,com. When measuring your bust please measure around your body at the nipple line or fullest part of your bust or chest. For waist measurements please measure around your body right above your belly button.

My tracking number is showing inactive. Why? Tracking is sometimes issued ahead of time! If it is not activated
right away, please  do not be alarmed . We are still working on your order. As noted at the time of your order processing & shipping  is anywhere from 1-14 BUSINESS (does not include weekend or holidays only working days) days

       I haven’t received my order, but my tracking number shows my package was delivered. What do I do now?  If the item was stolen there is nothing that we can do. If you believe the item was lost in transit or misdelivered at the fault of USPS,Please contact your local Post Master & mail carrier.  Try  find out what actually happened from them & if they take ownership of the error you can have them email us and we will reship.

     I wear two different sizes based off of my bust and waist measurements, which measurement should I go with for purchasing? Go with your bust size if it is larger than your waist. Check each size chart for more details & suggestions!

   I have decided against my order. How do I obtain a full refund?
Thanks for your recent order! As noted on our website at the time of your order, We are currently not accepting exchanges or returns. This decision was made in response
to the COVID 19 Pandemic. Honestly we don't expect to resume anytime soon as numbers are still on the rise. Most of our staff is considered high risk & limited so we are taking measures to keep not only us ,but any customer receiving exchanged goods safe. We appreciate your patience & understanding at this time. We will email once Universal Precautions are lifted & we resume exchanges/returns. If you need to cancel before shipment please email us immediately. Once shipped we cant accept the item back due to COVID.
