I love that it covers your whole stomach and back area..and theres no rolling or bunching up..hold everything in while you workout..the cheap ones I've had in the past had bunched up around the my back and didn't cover the whole stomach so I would have to slide it up for my upper stomach then slide it down for my lower stomach so I basically have to do 2 workouts to take care of my whole stomach..with this it's one workout and I'm done

I ordered the 6x which fits like a comfy 2x, I truly love this waist trainer I get on treadmill and do 2 miles a day and it's definitely helped me with sweating a lot more and I noticed that my stomach isn't as bloated this is my everyday go-to because I'm really trying to lose weight and I think that this was a very wise investment and it's so comfortable I'm actually going to order another one because even though I love using this working out I also loves just wear this run house because I also suffer from back pains and I've noticed that wearing it just around the house as well has helped relieve me of some of the back pains that I've been suffering from and so I'm really excited to see what me using this product for a total of 2 months is going to look like because literally using it Monday through Saturday when I'm on that treadmill (2hr cardio)I've already lost half an inch ,off my waist line so I am just super excited! The waist trainer is COMFORTABLE as a mf. I can wear it to work without feeling like I’m about to die. I can wear it it without feeling a pain in my side. It fixes my posture, and it helps me sweat a lil bit. I’ve been wearing at least 6 hours a day for the past two weeks. My only issue is the shipping time, other than that it’s AMAZING.
