I wore it all day and then went walking for 3 miles. Babbyyyyyy let me tell you. I had sweat running down to my socks from my legs alone. This is a great investment if you are serious on your weight loss journey. Even though I have the mid waist thigh and butt lifter, I cant wait till the high waist thigh and butt lifter is available.
